The seller is the carpentry Kerschbaum Haus GmbH, which is specialized in the construction of ready-for-use commercial properties and shopping centres. The transaction was part of an Asset Deal. It was agreed not to disclose the purchase price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The building complex itself comprises around 1,200 sqm and is erected on an area of approximately 4,800 sqm, of which more than 700 sqm are sales area of the Netto market. The commercial building was newly constructed and opened in March 2019.
