The purchase was made for an individual fund established by BNP Paribas REIM Germany GmbH. A total of 112 apartments with sizes between 29 sqm and 108 sqm will be built in two building elements on a living area of approximately 7,300 sqm. Four fully storeys as well as a top floor will be erected on a 3,560 sqm area in a quiet city location. In addition, 68 parking spaces in an underground garage belong to the facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The architectural planning is the work of Fuchshuber Architekten\/Leipzig.
