The transaction volume amounts to approximately 30 million euros. The open real estate special AIF, managed by Service-KVG INTEREAL, was advised by Jebens Mensching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The properties offer a rentable area of 21,000 sqm and are let to the Hellweg Gruppe for a period of 18 years. The DYI stores are located in the metropolitan area of Berlin and North Rhine-Westphalia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHellweg operates a total of 97 Hellweg locations as well as 56 BayWa DYI with garden centers and seven Augsburg garden centers in Germany and Austria.
