HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment GmbH is responsible for the administration of the special fund. The property, located at Roteb\u00fchlstra\u00dfe\/Ecke Schwabstra\u00dfe, has a lettable area of 8,000 sqm and is leased in the long term to the state of Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg as main tenant as well as to two day clinics.
