The GRR German Retail Fund Nr. 3 is administered by the Service-KVG IntReal International Real Estate Kapitalverwaltungs GmbH. The transaction was part of an asset deal. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since their construction in 2013, both buildings on the approximately 18,000 sqm site have been let on a long-term basis to the full-line supplier Rewe and the food discounter Norma.
