Long-term anchor tenant of the property, located in the H\u00f6chst district, is the Frankfurt job center. The main tenant has already moved into the first 5,000 sqm and will move into the remaining area, which will be 6,000 sqm office space in total, during the fourth quarter of this year. The purchase price is in the mid two-digit million range. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nROCKSTONE had acquired the former PAX company headquarters and the property known as the former AOK administration building with a total rental area of 8,500 sqm in September 2017.
