The two logistics properties were fully developed and realised by ECE and are conveniently situated close to Kabelsketal in the area Halle\/Leipzig and on the airport of Greven in M\u00fcnster-Osnabr\u00fcck. In all they offer a rentable area of approximately 24,000 sqm on a plot of more than 162,000 sqm. Both logistics center were just completed this year and are fully let to the logistics service provider Hermes Germany on a long-term basis.
