The property, located on Goethestra\u00dfe, is a medical care center consisting of six building sections with a total usable area of 9,300 sqm. The centerpiece of the initially built in 1846 building is the corner house which is listed under monumental protection. It is used by 24 tenants, who all have a medical focus. The main tenant is Reha aktiv GmbH.
