The main tenants are a pharmacy, a dentist and an internist. In addition, various other specialists, such as a urologist, a gynaecologist, a paediatrician, an ophthalmologist and an operating room are located in the building. The retail spaces in the local supply section comprise approx. 3,500m\u00b2 of rental space and are rented by the market leader ALDI, a special item market and a bakery.
