Proximus remains co-owner and asset manager. It was agreed not to disclose the sales price. With approcimately 18,000 sqm GFA, the Carr\u00e9 Belge consists of a building complex with office and retail space as well as a Ruby Hotel (186 rooms on six floors) an its own underground parking garage.
