Seller of the 1,480 residential units with a rental area of 42,000 sqm as well as 426 parking spaces is a fund of the AviaRent Invest AG. Twelve of the properties will be included in the portfolio of German properties, managed by Domicil for PFA, one residential building is for Domicil's own portfolio. This purchase represents the first investment of PFA in micro apartment sector. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAll properties, centrally located, are in Frankfurt\/Main, Hamburg, Dieburg, Colgone-Deutz, Weimar, Munich, Hanover, Berlin and Bonn.
