The Seller is a project developer operating nationwide. The parties agreed on non-disclosure with regard to the purchase price.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anchor tenant of the healthcare real estate is the joint center Rhein-Main including a day-hospital and surgery area on more than 2,000 sqm renting space. The building contains 4 floors (including stacked floor).
