The project is situated in the Elberfeld district, an excellent location. The project development on the site on Barmenia-Allee comprises 61 housing units with six houses of 2- to 4-storey construction as well as a total of 73 parking spaces in three underground garages. The total usable space is approximately 5,250 sqm.
