The properties are part of a start-up portfolio of the special AIF \u201eCaptiva Gesundheitsimmobilien Deutschland 2\u201c (Captiva Healthcare Real Estate Germany 2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently under construction, the two properties are located centrally in Bamberg and Lohr am Main in northern Bavaria and will have a total rentable area of about 20,000 sqm upon completion. The majority of the space on both locations will be used for \u201cassited living\u201d, supplemented by various medical services, e.g. dementia care\/intensive care and outpatient day care. Furthermore, users from local supply, offices and boarding houses complete the quarters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The transaction volume amounts to \u20ac 75 million.
