The units are split up on two urban villas. On the whole the project contains 284 units which are built on property of 2.3 ha in the district of Hartenberg.  The quarter is structurally completed and is planned to be entirely completed mid 2022 or by the end of 2022. Five of the nine urban villas, containing 150 apartments are constructed by emga, 15 % of which include social housing promotion.
