The property consists of two building parts, which were constructed in 1991 and 1994 respectively, and has a total lettable area of almost 5,400 m\u00b2. It is located at L\u00f6rracher Stra\u00dfe 16\/16a in the St. Georgen quarter. The parties have agreed not to disclose the identity of the seller and the price. The TRIGON is fully let, with approximately 60% of the rental space being occupied by healthcare tenants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to PROXIMUS, the fund with a target volume of \u20ac300 million will be fully invested this year in accordance with its scheduled development.
