The consumer goods company takes over the entire rentable area of 6,500 sqm for their German headquarters and thus is single tenant of the eight-storeyed office building that will be completed in mid-2020. Currently, the shell is built on the construction site. The beginning of the fa\u00e7ade works and the fit-out is planned for the middle of the year.<\/p>\n<p>The \"Neue Burg 1\" is located in the Nicholas' Quarter, the biggest inner-city Business Improvement District (BID) of Europe, with a project volume of 9.3 million Euros. It extends from the chamber of commerce to the \"R\u00f6dingsmarkt\" and from the street Alter Wall to the Willy-Brandt street.
