It is planned to create 102 rental apartments and 20 underground parking spaces. The privately financed apartments will be between 48 and 133 sqm in seize. BPD Immobilienentwicklung GmbH designed the total living space of around 6,600 sqm according to a development plan. Completion is scheduled for July 2021.
