It was agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.<\/p>\n<p>The two sold properties \"Watermark\" and \"Shipyard\", situated directly on the banks of the river \"Elbe\", designed by award-winning architecture firm St\u00f6rmer Murphy and Partners, have been completed this summer and comprise in total a rental area of 21,500 sqm. The 18-storey and 70 meters high Watermark building comprises 14,500 sqm of office and rental area. The neighboring Shipyard building comprises 7,000 sqm of office and rental area. The ensemble also includes the residential building \"Freeport\".
