The auditing firm will be occupying 35,500 sqm of office space in the \"Heinrich Campus\" at the corner of Heinrich-Erhardt-Stra\u00dfe and Rather Stra\u00dfe. Quantum intends to build a five-to-seven-storey office campus with around 40,000 sqm of GFA on the nearly 14,700 sqm property. The architectural firm meyer Schmitz-morkramer designed the plans for the new construction. Deloitte was advised exclusively by Colliers International, Quantum was advised on legal matters by Jebens Mensching.
