The building ensemble includes the landmarked Villa Speyer, which was built at the turn of 19th and 20th century, as well as new buildings, which were built in a similar style in 2006. On a floor area of 7,400 sqm, it offers around 19,250 sqm of lettable area, 720 sqm of office space, and 126 parking spots. The hotel has 163 rooms, including a 326 sqm Presidential Suite.<\/p>\n<p>The Seller of the ensemble is Commerz Real. The hotel was sold from the portfolio of Commerz Real\u2019s hausInvest open-ended real estate fund. Financing of the transaction was provided by Deutsche Pfandbriefbank. The German Football Association plans to build an academy in the neighbourhood of the Villa Kennedy.
