The takeover is planned for the beginning of 2017. The center was opened in 2015 and offers 36,400 sqm lettable space for retail, restaurants and services. It is approximately 95 % leased, among others to Toys'R'Us, Zapata, Rewe, New Yorker, H&amp;M, Camp David, dm, Vapiano as well as to the City of Hanau with a medical center. The seller is the Hamburg-based project developer HBB.
