The property was part of the open-ended property fund WestInvest InterSelect.<\/p>\n<p>The quarter, located in the popular district of Bahrenfeld, offers about 31,200 sqm lettable space and consists of nine buildings that were erected between 1913 and 2003. The buildings are characterized by a diverse rental concept with different rental space, starting from 50 sqm up to 3,000 sqm.
