The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.<\/p>\n<p>Main tenants of the 14,000 smq LEED-Gold awarded office building, designed by well-respected star architect Hadi Teherani, include among others APOprojekt, SThree, Tiger of Sweden and Collection BC.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, the establishment of various new buildings and modernizations around Kennedydamm has an extraordinary revitalizing impact on the office market. \"We are happy about the positive development of the market over the past view month.
