Regarding the purchase price the parties agreed on non-disclosure.
The „Grand May“ has been planned in 2018/2019 by the architect’s office Patzschke & Partner with a circular corner tower and cupola, located nearby Maybachufer at the point of intersection of Neukölln and Kreuzberg.
