The Hamburg-based and nationwide operating MOMENI group has sold the "Three George" high-rise on Kaiserwerther Straße, Düsseldorf to a French fund managed by AMUNDI REAL ESTATE. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Main tenants of the 14,000 smq LEED-Gold awarded office building, designed by well-respected star architect Hadi Teherani, include among others APOprojekt, SThree, Tiger of Sweden and Collection BC.
Currently, the establishment of various new buildings and modernizations around Kennedydamm has an extraordinary revitalizing impact on the office market.
