The Hamburg-based and nationwide operating MOMENI Group has bought the property at Katharinenstraße in downtown Hamburg from the Oetker Group and plans to build a new landmark building on the waterfront by the end of 2020.
Roughly 10,000 sqm GFA are to be developed for efficient and modern equipped offices on the historically significant Nikolaifleet. Due to few options but strong demand, those offices already are and will be highly requested in the future.
