Corestate has purchased the residential project "Bootshafen" in Kiel's historic center in prime location at the harbor for its open-ended special AIF "CORESTATE Residential Germany Fund II". HANNOVER LEASING Investment GmbH acts as the capital management company.
The object offers over 144 residential units with a total rentable area of approximately 8,850 sqm as well as 44 parking spaces and further 450 sqm commercial area. Completion is expected at the end of 2020 or beginning of 2021. The investment volume of the forward deal is around 48 million euros.
