The project developer of QUEST Investment Partners have signed a multi-year lease agreement with Unilever for "Neue Burg" in Hamburg's Nicholas' Quarter. The consumer goods company takes over the entire rentable area of 6,500 sqm for their German headquarters and thus is single tenant of the eight-storeyed office building that will be completed in mid-2020. Currently, the shell is built on the construction site. The beginning of the façade works and the fit-out is planned for the middle of the year.

The "Neue Burg 1" is located in the Nicholas' Quarter, the biggest inner-city Business Improvement District (BID) of Europe, with a project volume of 9.3 million Euros. It extends from the chamber of commerce to the "Rödingsmarkt" and from the street Alter Wall to the Willy-Brandt street. During the BID-term from August 2014 until July 2019 multiple measures have been and will be taken to transform the site in Hamburg's inner city once again into an attractive retail and office location.
