With the property along Ferdinand-Jost-Straße, Breslauer Straße and Holzhäuser Straße in Leipzig's Stötteritz quarter, Kondor Wessels has sold a residential project to Quantum Immobilien Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft bmH prior to the beginning of construction. The purchase was made for an individual fund established by BNP Paribas REIM Germany GmbH. A total of 112 apartments with sizes between 29 sqm and 108 sqm will be built in two building elements on a living area of approximately 7,300 sqm. Four fully storeys as well as a top floor will be erected on a 3,560 sqm area in a quiet city location. In addition, 68 parking spaces in an underground garage belong to the facility.
The architectural planning is the work of Fuchshuber Architekten/Leipzig. Structural work will start in September 2019, the completion is planned to be in spring 2022.
