BMO Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG acquires an office building in Stuttgart for a special fund of German pension funds. It was previously owned by West City GmbH, a company of Ferdinand Piëch Holding. HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment GmbH is responsible for the administration of the special fund. The property, located at Rotebühlstraße/Ecke Schwabstraße, has a lettable area of 8,000 sqm and is leased in the long term to the state of Baden-Württemberg as main tenant as well as to two day clinics. The facility will be used as the new headquarters of the Cooperative State University of Baden-Württemberg as soon as modernizations have been completed.
