As from 1 January 2020, the investment and asset manager Captiva has purchased a medical center located at Oeder Weg in Frankfurt for its Captiva Gesundheitsimmobilien Deutschland 1 fund.
The medical center at Oeder Weg in Frankfurt has an excellent central location in Hessens banking metropolis, opposite Eschenheimer Tor.
The fully leased property offers about 2,800 sqm modern rental space, which is used by a radiology, an orthopaedics, a neurology as well as six further practices and medical tenants and gastronomy. With the property in Frankfurt, the existing portfolio of the Captiva Gesundheitsimmobilien Deutschland 1 fund was expanded to 8 locations. Further purchases are planned for 2020. The target volume of the fund amounts to approximately 300 million euros in total. The focus is on established locations as well as project developments in cities with more than 50,000 inhabitants.
