With the „Quartier an der Elbe”, BMO Real Estate Partners Germany has purchased one of the last large residential properties under construction near the Elbe river and the city center. A total of 99 rental apartments will be built on a total rental area of approximately 8,800 sqm. The project is planned to be finalized at the end of 2022. HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment-GmbH acts as a financial investment management company.
The residential ensemble consisting of a perimeter block development and six point blocks is located on one of the last available construction fields directly on the banks of the Elbe river, not far from the leisure and local recreation area “Landschaftspark Rotehorn” and is, at the same time, just two kilometres away from the city. The three- to five-storey buildings will have 2 to 5-room apartments, of which the floor plan can be adapted to the needs of the tenants.
The seller of the property “Quartier an der Elbe” is MCM Investors Management AG.
