Corestate has purchased a residential complex in Trier's Weismark-Feyen quarter for its open-ended special AIF „CORESTATE Residential Germany Fund II“. HANNOVER LEASING Investment GmbH acts as capital management company.
On a total rental area of approximately 7,300 sqm, 94 units distributed over six multi-family houses as well as an underground car park will be developed in a climate-friendly construction according to the KfW55 standard. Completion of the project is planned for the beginning of 2023. The investment volume is just under 30 million euros.
