Investment and Asset Manager Captiva purchased a long-term let portfolio consisting an existing building located in Hannover-Iserhagen and a project development located in Kassel for the special asset „Real Rendite UI – Segment CC Retail“. The building located in Hannover-Isernhagen is a rented specialty retail market which is long-term let to Aldi as main tenant as well as to 4 more retailers. Aldi is already tenant since 2000. The real estate property has been refurbished in 2019 to its full extent.
The building located in Kassel, Holländische Straße will be built on a 9,000 sqm large plot of land until end of 2021. It will be used as specialty retail market with approxemately 3,200 sqm rental space. The rental areas will be let to retailers from the food retailing industry sector as well as to REWE as long-term leases.
