Investment- und Asset Manager Captiva has acquired a fully let medical center with retail space in a good suburban location in the state capital of Hanover from a private GbR, thus making a further investment for the Captiva Gesundheitsimmobilien Deutschland 1 fund launched at the end of 2017.
The medical center with about 3,000m² of modernized rental space is currently used by 19 tenants. The main tenants are a pharmacy, a dentist and an internist. In addition, various other specialists, such as a urologist, a gynaecologist, a paediatrician, an ophthalmologist and an operating room are located in the building. The retail spaces in the local supply section comprise approx. 3,500m² of rental space and are rented by the market leader ALDI, a special item market and a bakery. The two properties were built in 1992 on a 17,266 m² plot of land and were extensively renovated in 2014.
