The Cologne-based Proximus Gruppe has sold the majority of its shares of the Carré Belge, located at Hohenzollernring 79-87 to a German Family Office as part of a share deal. Proximus remains co-owner and asset manager. It was agreed not to disclose the sales price. With approcimately 18,000 sqm GFA, the Carré Belge consists of a building complex with office and retail space as well as a Ruby Hotel (186 rooms on six floors) an its own underground parking garage. About 1,700 sqm of the rentable area has already been handed over to the Rewe Gruppe.
