For its special fund "Gesundheitsimmobilien Deutschland 1", the investment and asset manager Captiva has acquired two properties for assisted living in Dortmund and Viersen for almost 18 million euros.
Both properties are fully leased on a long-term basis to a provider of out-of-hospital adult and pediatric intensive care as well as ambulatory assisted living communities, the Bonitas Holding. On 4,700 sqm, both properties provide assisted living for adults and children.
Both objects ideally complement the healthcare real estate fund's portfolio, which already comprises twelve properties. The fund is soon approaching its full investment of around 300 million euros.
