The medical center with approximately 5,000 sqm rental space was purchased for the „PROXIMUS Gesundheitsimmobilien Deutschland“ which PROXIMUS INVEST just issued in late 2019 and which is administrated by the Service-KVG INTREAL. The Seller is a project developer operating nationwide. The parties agreed on non-disclosure with regard to the purchase price.
Anchor tenant of the healthcare real estate is the joint center Rhein-Main including a day-hospital and surgery area on more than 2,000 sqm renting space. The building contains 4 floors (including stacked floor). The 11 further tenants are specialist practices for radiology, internal medicine, gynecology, pneumology, a dental office, physiotherapy practice as well as a pharmacy, a medical store, a bakery and an insurance office.
