BMO Real Estate Partners Germany has acquired a property of around 2,800 sqm in Frankfurt's Sachsenhausen district for its special AIF "Best Value Wohnen II". Located at Deutschherrnufer 29-30, the property offers space for 53 mostly furnished apartments with views of the Main River as well as Frankfurt's skyline. Furthermore, it contains three commercial spaces of around 470 square meters and approximately 250 square meters of storage space. The property was built in 1973, raised in 1990 and completely renovated in 2017. The seller of the property is Deutsch-Schweiz Immobilienbesitz GmbH, a company owned by Marburg-based real estate investor Sadik Aric. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
