The Hamburg-based project developer QUEST Investment Partners has sold the fully leased Ansgari Haus in Bremen to the investment company La Française Real Estate Partners International. The purchase price was not disclosed. Main tenants of the five-storey property located Obernstraße are the co-working provider Spaces with 3,200 sqm on five floors, including the rooftop terrace as well as the premium women’s fashion store AppelrathCüpper, distributed on three floors with 2,400 sqm sales area.
QUEST Investment Partners bought the vacant part of the Bremer Carrée in July 2017 and renamed it Ansgari Haus. Meanwhile, all the construction works have been completed. With the modernisation and new letting, QUEST Investment Partners is giving new positive impulses to Bremen’s inner city. The façade on the ground floor and first floor was completely demolished and replaced by a mullion-transom construction with enlarged Delogcolor glass façade windows. The building was gutted and reconstructed for Spaces and an optician. AppelrathCüpper moved into the spaces in the refined shell for the final finishing, which is currently in its final stages. The fashion group will open its doors to the public in autumn 2019.
