Martin Richter advises national and international clients in real estate transactions, project developments and asset management as well as real-estate-related public law, focusing on the acquisition and sale of commercially used properties (esp. office, retail, logistics) including legal due diligences and the negotiation of sale and purchase agreements, urban development agreements and construction agreements.

Within the scope of real-estate-related public law Martin Richter advises especially in the fields of planning law, public building law as well as environmental law. Within the scope of asset management, he has a focus on commercial lease agreements as well as AM-/PM- and FM-agreements.
