Jennifer Maiworm has for many years specialized in providing comprehensive advice on national and international finance transactions, particularly in the real estate sector. Her expertise covers the entire spectrum of real estate financings (refinancing, acquisition financing, portfolio financing, development financing) in all relevant asset classes as well as holding and fund financings, sustainable financings and financial restructurings. Apart from structuring the transaction, contract design and negotiation, this also includes advising clients on regulatory issues in the context of the transaction.
