Hans-Thomas Nehlep has for many years specialised in comprehensively advising clients in real estate transactions (asset and share deals). Apart from due diligence, contract design and negotiation across all real estate sectors (commercial as well as residential), this also includes the structuring and financing of the transaction.
He additionally provides advice on project developments and all aspects of asset management, especially with regard to tenancy and land law. His clients include national and international investors, real estate developers, asset and fund managers.
